Thanks for choosing Captain K Boat Tours! By booking with us, you're agreeing to the terms and conditions below, which apply to all tours, transport, and other services we provide. Please read them carefully.

Booking Confirmation
All bookings are based to availability and are only confirmed once you receive a confirmation receipt via email. To secure your reservation, a deposit or full payment is required at the time of booking.

Cancellation & Refund PolicyÂ
Cancellations made 24 hours before the scheduled tour will receive a full refund.Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour will receive a 50% refund.In the event of unsafe weather or sea conditions, tours may be rescheduled or fully refunded.No-shows or cancellations made on the day of the tour are non-refundable.

Personal Belongings
Guests are responsible for their personal belongings at all times. Captain K Boat Tours is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items during the tour. Guests are advised to keep valuables secure at all times.

Safety
Safety equipment will be provided and must be used when required.

Payment methods
We accept payments via bank transfer, debit or credit card, PayPal, Zelle and other approved payment methods. To confirm your booking, full payment is required before any tour or transportation service begins, unless alternative arrangements have been agreed upon in advance.

General Conditions
All tours are subject to weather and sea conditions. Routes and stops may be adjusted for safety reasons. Guests are required to arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in reduced tour time or cancellation without refund.
